I get interested in a character and then that character is dropped and another is picked up, totally unrelated. I've started this book three times now, and I get about 1/4 of the way through and I just can't stick with it, it seems like so much work to read. There are several sets of characters, and so many names, I feel like I have to write them down and somehow make a diagram of how they're related.or are they related? This time I think I got further, almost 1/3 and still it was an effort.
